po Posted May 26, 2009 Share Posted May 26, 2009 i would say no it cant. all the wire is twisted into the horizontal lines of the wire, until it reaches the end of the the run of fence. there it joins all the horizontal lines with one vertical line containing wire, to make the electrical circuit. i'm fairly sure if you were to divide the fence by cutting it up, you would then break the circuit. i may be wrong but before you start hacking away at it, maybe phone omlet?
