Is a 96g egg normal ?

Recommended Posts

I've started weighing the eggs mine produce over the last couple of days, and they range from 51 - 57gms on average. They're a nice size tho. We occasionally get massive ones - which I never weighed, but will next time we get one.

I'm keeping a little notebook with the numbe of eggs per day, and how much each weighs. Am I sad?

 Don't worry, I do the same. I do an egg tally every month. And every day I weigh all eggs and wright down who laid them. And I do a weight leader board. I think that I am the sad one.

Definitely not sad - it's actually quite good fun, I find

Am quite looking forward to producing stats such as average number/weight of eggs per month, per year etc. Now THAT'S sad! You can tell I work in IT

Yes it is great fun until people come around to your house and look at your calendar in the kitchen and say 'what's all this ?' 'Leader board !?' ect.... and make fun of you
