Discovered a massive egg the other day, twice the size of usual eggs, thought was the shape of things to come but they seem to have gone back to normal size, what was that about

they do occasionally lay huge eggs at the beginning or end of their laying career. There is a large egg leader board if you can weigh it. makes your eyes water doesn't it

We had our biggest egg so far at the weekened. I weighed it.... a poultry (sorry lol) 83gms. Got a way to go before we get onto the leaderboard!
