Does anybody else ever feel...... Part # 3

Recommended Posts

How about a family portrait then, here's me, OH and my baby boy Henry :D

I think he's gorgeous, he has deep dark and kind eyes, he makes me laugh. The first time I spent time with him I knew he was "the one" it was an Italian Themed Murder Mystery night and he was doing this silly Italian accent all night, he cracked me up :D

Edited to say: one of my best mates got a bit drunk on my "girls night" and admitted she fancied him  She's MUCH prettier and thinner than me, OH was really chuffed

Don't rush in to finding him JJ, as the saying goes you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find a Prince

I was 27 when we got together (and was already divorced from Husband no 1!)

My parents also got together when they were 16, I think thats really sweet... rare... but very sweet. :D

That's alovely pic Debs :D17.gif I met my husband when I was 18 - it was all arranged. My dad lived next to Richard's parents, then he moved and married my mum, so my parents have known Richard's parents for years and years. I knew his parents quite well because they were my parents friends. Still with me? When I was 18 and he was 22, his mum started saying "He's 22 you're 18, it's a nice age gap. He's got a good job!" There were lots of :roll::roll: from me! I did meet him very briefly to say hello to and then I borrowed one of his Stephen King books.

Then just after Christmas my mum and dad had an open house, his parents persuaded him to come along (apparently he was intrigued by this girl (me!) they kept going on about!) and he stayed long after everyone else had gone. A little too much alcohol was consumed  so we chatted for ages. He called me the next day and that was it...7.gif

My dad actually said at our wedding that it was arranged!:lol::lol:

Good lad Lewis :D

You know how to impress us forum girls

 It was Jessie that started it talking about the pekins.

I've decided I want a frizzle, a naked neck and a couple of Pekins for the eglu after the current chicks have grown up and the (green eglu) is free, and JJ wants one of the pekin babies.

Dad doesn't know yet and will probably hav a fit when he finds out

The weird thing is I really don't seem to have recent photos of us together, neither of us like having our pics taken  and I don't look like that anymore - my hair is longer :( I loved it that short! Just noticed DH isn't smiling in this pic, he usually is!

Ooh sounds like a good mix Lewis - don't forget the pics

My dad always forgets his and my mums anniversary

I text him when I know he's on his way home from work so he'll stop off somewhere and buy flowers and chocolate and so forth.

I do give him reminders a week in advance and then the day before, but he still forgets

Mum always remembers and has a homemade card and a bottle of wine waiting for when he comes home

Aw, the joys of married life eh?
