One Man Banned
Well I may need never miss a moment on the Forum these days The other week I went online and ordered a Data Card from T-Mobile for the laptop. Its on a 12 month contract and you can download 3Gig of data for £29 per month-much better than the o2 card at 250mb limit for £25 per month! - Now I can acesss the web wherever I am and it'll automatically connect to a 3G, Wireless Hotspot or GPRS service - which is great I'm writing this sat in the caravan with it lovely and toasty inside, dinner cooking in the oven and a glass of wine at my side - ok so I'm only in Cirencester but it's not home and it is a few days away for us all (although I have to go back to work on Thursday!) Only thing is the darned forum just took all the little red arrows away! D'Oh! A xx

red
Cool technology Andrew But I have enough trouble fighting the curse of the eglu-bum when confined to my own home The notion of being able to access the forum on the go would be just too much for me and my eglu-bum! feemcg
Thats the set up we have for the lap-top in the caravan Andrew - its great isn't it? During the summer I could sit in the 'van watching lovely sunsets over the sea and catch up with stuff on the computer too (not that i sit glued to it while on holiday but its nice to know you can if you want to)
One Man Banned
it is nice to know that I can sit and catch up on everything, but there are positives to this, I don't have to wade through four pages of red arrowed topics when I get back home, I shouldn't miss bidding on Ebay stuff when I'm away (but I still do!) and we can now get tourism things up on the screen and plan what we want to do for the day. For us the laptop is our TV, DVD, Radio, Games Console, Work () machine, Text centre, TV recorder when we are away in the 'van oh and source of Forum access which is, of course, the most important !
