Sensible - not likely

Recommended Posts

I have 2 moggies and was in the garden centre getting a bag of food today for them. i feed them Hill Science as theres no waste, doesnt mess up the kidneys and I hate the spell of canned food :vom: I was trying to find the "light" one as both my mogs like their mum (Me) are a bit lets say genourosly proportioned. i was reading the labels and came across, indoor cat, hairball cat etc all with explanations when i came across one for "Sensible cat" What on earth is that, i have visions of my 2 paws crossed reading glasses on reading The Times :anxious: i assume its something lost in translation , but when I came home and told OH he said" i dont think so its not a word I'd use for our 2" Needless to say didnt get it - i think we have a vet/vet nurse on forum probably them could enlighten me.

And is Tom your other half?

@Nochucksyet, my guess is that it's a translation error as you suggested, and that they really meant "sensitive cats". Mind you, if, by that, they mean cats that tend to be fairly easily spooked, then that's a pretty broad brush; almost all the cats I've come across are "sensitive" to the point of neurosis, since it's an excellent survival skill in a world full of dogs and cars.
