I've put this pic on here before and it still makes me laugh .... but this is my home made nestbox solution........ THE OVEN DISH...... just don't tell the chooks what it is really for though or they might stop laying in protest.

 

The only annoying thing is I have to put it on the run bars in the morning and remember to take it out again at night and wrap it in a bin bag.

 

I've only got 2 laying now so I don't use it as much, but funnily enough I did use it today as they both wanted to lay at the same time and lots of noise ensued.
