Space Chick Posted August 22, 2009 Share Posted August 22, 2009 Crazy madam that she is has managed "The Great Escape", we were getting things ready for the Ex Batts arrival tonight whilst the girls were free ranging. We were in and out of the house, next thing we know one of our neighbours started banging our window over the fence. Donna was off down the woods We were both temporarily in the house at the time, we have no idea how she managed to scale the wall, but suspect she jumped onto the compost bin and then over. OH ran into the woods, with some corn whilst I tempted the rest of the flock back into the run with some corn. Upon seeing OH she ran towards him with her usual cheery bok and excitement Thank goodness the neighbour saw her straight away, I shudder to think what I would have done if I'd lost her.
