milwichchickenlover
Very excited! Yesterday purchased 2 x Speckledy Hens and a Peking Bantam Cockerel to keep my little Buff Orpington Bantams company. Speckeldys have settled in really well and replace Lady Madonna who died a couple of weeks ago ( I alway buy two chickens when I lose a chicken!) Poppy and Daisy we've called them my darling children wanted to called them Korma and Masala - horrible!! The Peking Bantam is so sweet he is only 14 weeks old and started cockadoodling this morning so sweet! Hopefully he wont be as aggressive as our last Light Sussex Cockerel who we had to give away to our neighbour who has lots of chickens and could cope with him better than us. He's still going strong! Don't think I should get any more chickens for a while though. My husband thinks I'm barking!
