The Dogmother
Thank you major; interesting. Not at all know-it-all, but a valued contributor. Warren, get thee back behind that couch!
majorbloodnock
Your depth and breadth of knowledge never ceases to amaze me Major. Humour me... what is it you do? I work in IT. . Can you fix my computer.... I wondered who'd remember the other thread.... And thank you, all, for the compliments.
henriette
Not being particularly computer literate, I have only just realised what a "thread" is. I thought it was something I use to sew with. Well that's my new thing learned today. However, on the subject of" why do men"... Why is it that my loved one always wants to fiddle with all the levers and k"Ooops, word censored!"s in the car while I'm driving, tell me where to park the car, tell me what speed to do, and so on and so forth? . Consequently, I very rarely drive now as I get very stressed if I do!!! Maybe it was just a cunning ploy? oh and ps, I positively hate it if men don't put the loo seat down. It's nothing to do with hygiene though, more to do with the look!
Space Chick
I don't understand why he never removes the empty toilet roll but just puts a new roll on top of the toilet?? Same here, or even worse, will leave 1 sheet on the finished roll and not put a new one on top of the toilet. This is one things that makes me very very mad
LaPoule
Mine always puts the seat down - but perhaps that's because there is a distinct risk that one of the ferrets will fall in the bowl and drown otherwise!!! (He forgot once, and it really did nearly happen ) They (the ferrets) are also responsible for the fact that not too much gets left lying around - if they can get hold of it, they will nick it! They're in cahoots with the cats - the cats knock stuff off the counter tops, and then the ferrets cart the goods off to the latest hidey-hole! A few years ago, I bought a new pair of shoes for a wedding (any excuse...). We duly travelled off to France, and when I was getting dressed, realised that the insole of one of the brand new, unworn shoes, was missing. Found it under the sofa when we got back, with telltale ferret teeth marks!
