missuscluck
For those of you who make your own Christmas cakes, Aldi have all the neccesary in stock this week. I bought bags of fruit, brown sugar, marzipan and white ready to roll icing. All ready to make 'easy peesy' Christmas Cake. If I had known it was so easy I would have done it years ago. Blackrocksrock
I adore this cake recipe as it always turn out the same - wonderful and I add cherries and black treacle to mine and slightly less liquid - it makes the cake darker and use a cup of brandy - yummy cake.
