OH had a Tassimo when I first moved in. It made me quietly apoplectic. The idea of the pods having so many components and them not being recyclable, plus all the energy used to make them, and the cost of them in the shops.

 

Gently made him buy a filter coffee maker from Sainsbury's for a tenner and never looked back! :lol:

 

And then found out one of the greenest people I know had a hand in inventing the pods in a former engineering life! Doh! :?
