Vix_Chicks
Just thought I would post this thread, to give others hope!! Went out yesterday and left OH in charge of looking after the girls. I was having a lovely time whilst he was at home letting them free range. But then I get the dreaded phone call that "Ooops, word censored!"ody wants to hear... Hetty has gone missing. OH promises that he has looked everywhere... in all the hedges/trees, along the road, in the field opposite, down by the river. I reside myself in thinking that either a fox has got her, or a passer by with their dog. Hetty has never done this before and never wanders far. Having returned home and in floods of tears, it's as i'm stood by the window that I see a car turn up and a young lad get out holding a Stella box. I demand OH goes outside and sees what this strange man is doing... to see him pass over the box. Out comes me, forgetting all my manners, demanding to see what's inside.... it's Hetty. Alive and well. Turns out he had found her walking along the road (at about 3pm - it's now 6.30pm!!!! ) and he didn't know who she belonged to so took her away. Bless Hetty, she was non the wiser and seemed quite happy to go on her little adventure. Only she will know where she was for those 3 1/2 hours of her life!! Just goes to show though, never give up hope!!
Ain't Nobody Here
What a relief . It was only at the end I realised you meant Stella as in beer . Thank goodness he picked her up, who knows where she'd have ended up .
