Little Clucker
My cockerel Ethel is a real cuddle monster and only started crowing at about 40 weeks when I got 3 girls in... Now he's learned that if he crows I'll come outside and bribe him to be quiet (urban garden not good!) with cuddles and mealyworms.. the canny devil waits til I shut the conservatory door before pecking the glass and crowing again for another hug! Patricia W
My Tina Turner has just crowed this morning - guess its now Ike! Now I have to decide if I keep him ( Chamois Polish Bantam) which means forever separating him from Phillip - or if we find him a new home. Not enough meat on him to make him Sunday lunch! Shame they don't come with a label on them! Tricia
