I had second holes when I was 15 but soon decided I didn't like the two earrings in each side so I let the second ones close up. Then I had the top of my ear and my bb done when I was 30. Mum's friend's husband pretended there was something wrong with the car and he needed his help so we could go shopping without him!!!! I came back with them done and guess what? Olly Posted October 13, 2009 Share Posted October 13, 2009 I had to wait till I was 16 before mum would let me have mine done, it was less usual then as I recall for little girls to have pierced ears but these days they all seem to have them. I do recall a girl at school doing her own ear with a compass My niece had her nose pierced recently (to add to the top lip, bottom lip, tongue, and three holes in each ear) - as this is a family forum, I cannot repeat exactly what her dad said, but it was extremely uncomplimentary!
