"Front line" for pest control querie

Recommended Posts

Nooooo, partly because it isn't licensed for poultry, partly because I prefer natural pest prevention and partly because I started keeping chickens so I knew what went into their eggs and Frontline doesn't appeal to me lol.

Hopefully someone who has used it will be along soon to advise. :)

Its not licenced for poultry but some vets do prescribe the spray for chickens and some breeders swear by it

You can only get the spray from vets, the spot on's are not recommended for chooks

and I am sure I have read on here it requires egg withdrawal as well.

I used the cat spot version when we had lice as that was all I could get at short notice...and the chooks hadn't started laying at that point I don't think, so no egg withdrawal necessary.......:pray: never had a problem since either so never had to repeat the experience :pray:

One tiny drop of the stuff on the neck & tip of tail each & the container dropped in the poo tray for good measure for a day or so..............
