I used a chocolate making mould (bit like the trays you get chocs in in a box so perhaps you could use one of these). I poured a little melted dark chocolate into each mould and swirled, then tipped out the excess onto greaseproof paper. Put a piece of "well pickled" sloe (left over from sloe gin production) into bottom then topped up with more melted chocolate.
