Sarahsausage Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 Is anyone else having trouble getting in touch with Cambs Hen Rescue? There's no answer to phone calls or emails. I've got my name down for a couple more ex-batts but haven't heard anything for a while. Does anyone know of rescue places in the Cambs or Lincs area please? Lavenders_Blue Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 Little Hen Rescue sometimes offer a Peterborough collection point if that's not too far from you. If you contact them through their website and say you would like to collect from Peterborough, the co-ordinator will contact you when she can next offer a Peterborough collection. I had my girls from her and she was extremely helpful and was also really keen to find out how the girls were getting on after they had been with me for a few days. I live just outside Peterborough so that's really handy to know, I presumed Little Hen Rescue just did collections in Norwich, thanks again! Lavenders_Blue Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 I should have said the collection point is a little south of Peterborough, near Grafham Water but still a lot closer than Norwich if you live just outside Peterborough.
