The baggage was very rude about vegetarians once and then promptly jumped on the bandwagon and produced a book of veggie recipes - so I won't buy her books, but do look at some of her online recipes.....I know they always work.....and I'm not lining her pockets

I feel the same but for a different reason, she made a comment about intensively farmed meat being necessary for people on a budget, tosh!

I watched. Was it only a one off special? I thought it was going to be a series. I was rather envious of her kitchen. Its about the size of our downstairs :( And the pussy cat! So sweet! Back to the food. She does make it all look so easy, and I know I'd be a in a huge mess with a veritable mountain of pots, pans and utensils. I wasn't sure of the choccy cherry crumble. I love cherries, and have been known to like chocolate  but that just looked too sweet for me. When she was doing the turkey, I kept thinking I wonder if she is using the same method in her Delia cookbook? All in all, not overly impressed with the programme. Might be down to the first half having to be watch via subtitles as YD was re-doing her home work *tut tut*

I watched it on iplayer this afternoon. We are not actually here for Christmas but i wanted to get in the Christmas spirit and see what she made as we usually have turkey at New Years too.

Anyway i've found quite a few of the recipes on the daily mail website including the cherry and chocolate crumble:

Still don't know how to do neat links.

Saves Seagazer typing out the recipe!
