You should receive an e-mail from them to let you know that you can begin posting. Many thanks. If you have a Spam blocker of any kind on, this may prevent Omlet generated e-mails getting through so this could be why you haven't received notification that you have registered with the forum. If you're reading the forum as a guest, I'm afraid that you'll need to register to post anything on the forum from now on. Click the "register" button at the top right of the screen and if you have any problems, e-mail Tom@omlet.co.uk who will be able to sort them out for you.
