Lavenders_Blue
I thought the octopus was amazing too. I know the maternal instinct is incredibly strong but still..... it seems amazing that any creature would just starve themselves to death caring for their young. There are times when I feel like an octopus, especially when trying to get 24 chooks into their relevant houses as a neighbour's dog is sticking her murderous little head through our gate & being chatted to by 2 fearless Lt Sussex Bufflings .......they know no fear with dogs as we have 3 labs..................not always a good thing as poor Tulip found out to her cost Sha x
