The guy has just been and for approx £75 he has replaced almost every part on my dyson from the cable that the kids shut in the patio doors that was repaired with electrical tape, brushes, filters, motor. Almost the only two remaining original parts he's put on order and will pop back to swap them when they are delivered. Pleasant servicing guy and very quick. I think I may have said this before too, but the service is fantastico My year old dyson would not switch on a few weeks ago and I called them about 4.30pm, they came out the following afternoon to fix it f.o.c. My old dyson conked out and the man came and replaced every single bit on it including the motor for £50.00 (this was a couple of years ago, so price probably gone up) It was the same man on both occasions. I've had them out several times to my ill-fated machine and they have always been prompt, courteous and efficient. I have mine covered by a Domestic and General policy which is great peace of mind!
