Snowy
Courtesy of Griffin? First 8 books - I'll post them to whoever wants to read them next. When you've read them, pass them on - as long as they get back to Griffin eventually!

Falkor
For anyone who doesn`t want to wait for the forum book loan (great idea though peeps!!) The Book People are selling all eight books for £8.99. http://www.thebookpeople.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10051_176315_100_500020__category_
Snowy
I think that's where Griffin got them from! Barbara I'll pop them in the post to you - safer to keep them all together I reckon. If you want to send them on to quickcluck afterwards that would be great.

Hen Watch
I got those from the book people. They are still in their shrink wrap, waiting to be given to my daughter for christmas. I'm trying to resist the temptation to open them.... How old is your daughter..... you might just want to read them as they are a bit graphic in places (especially book 4 that's I'm reading now). Wouldn't let my 13 year old get her hands on it. The books are brilliant and I would definately recomend them. I got them for 8.99 from the Book People website too. I've only got terrestrial TV so I'm only just watching series 1 now. It's funny reading book 1 and after a few chapters it's covered most of series 1 already. chickencam
I've bought them from the Book People for my 16 year old ED as a Christmas Present. She only watched the first few epsiodes then decided that they were on too late and that she would rather read the books then get them on DVD when they come down in price a bit. Wouldn't let my 13 year old get her hands on it. Thanks for the warning. She's 15, nearly 16. We the whole series on cable together (with me squirming a little, at times, I confess!, though she was unfazed by it), and I've read somewhere that the books weren't as graphic as the tv series? Hen Watch
Debbie, Oh she's older than my girlie. With the first 3 books you are right, they are not as graphic as the TV. A good read, very fast pace and action packed. But I did find a chapter in book 4 that was quite explicit. I'm ok with birds and bees questions but it was a little more err....... detailed ....... and I'm not sure that I'm up to answering questions in more detail just yet. That said, IMO, the books are so good I've not put them down since I got them in the post only 2 weeks ago. And I started book 5 yesterday and am half way through today, they are un-putdownable..... (is that a real word?).
debbier
Thanks for that. I'm a faster reader than she is, and she'll have loads of other books for christmas, no doubt, so I may just, erm, read ahead from her books, purely in my daughter's interest, you understand? (Once she's opened them, of course!!!)
BarbaraJ
Received thanks will read them over christmas (if not before) and then send them on
