Guest
I got a pair of lovely tuna steaks today - I'd be happy with it just the way it is, grilled, but chookiehubbie doesn't 'do' fish, so I'll need to do a bit of disguising with a marinade! Any suggestions?
Christian
Sorry prob a bit late now, but what about pesto? or Some sort of marinade with dill as that is always good with fish?
The Dogmother
Sorry to be late Hon, But I had some the other week and marinaded it in soy sauce, ginger, olive oil and honey - DELISH!
Mel (& Paul)
Vodka and Lime - I do salmon this way - foil, tuna, vodka, lime, seal up the foil like a bag - stick it in the oven - easy peasy
The Dogmother
I can see that Phil will have that on his wish list if it has voddy in it
Looney
Vodka and Lime - I do salmon this way - foil, tuna, pause to drink vodka with lime, then seal up the foil like a bag - stick it in the oven - easy peasy I've amended the above to fit my method of cooking.....
