Delia did a panatonne and ? pud thing on her programme - my lovely Italian haridresser always gives her favourite clients one and I cant remember what the other bit was. Can I cadge the recipe off anyone whose got the book. was going to get a sneeky peek in tescos but didnt get there. thanks obviously thats if theres any left

Was that the one she soaked the Panettone in Masala, added extra dried fruits that she'd soaked in (something) and then made a custard with eggs and cream and then whipped cream on the top? Sorry, can't remember exact ingredients.....I switched off after spotting the raisins in the Panettone

i rather feared that would be the answer - by the way Lesley have you used all those squashes you grew yet? I hope I have the right person. i used up a pumpkin last night in soup. yumee. I noticed jaimie had one on his worktop with soup in I think.

No, we haven't eaten all the squash yet They have been well cured and should store well. We eat one a week.......
