They were very grateful for the photos and said that there was a fault. This morning despite the snow we have had, Omlet turned up at 08.30 and built us a brand new . Fantastic chap came and was very very thorough with the replacement of parts - a day before the torrential rains and gales. My girls are all thoroughly snug.
