patsylabrador
Does anyone else bathe the turkey a la Nigella? I've done it for a couple of years and it makes such a difference. It has a nice taste and lovely moist texture. It's basically water, salt, oranges and spices and is nice to do.
Lewis
I'd be too scared to ruin it I think we'll cook ours upside down and then the right way up for the last half an hour Might try it with a chicken or something though, so its not as bad as ruining the christmas dinner
Lesley
My sister followed the Nigella recipe last year and it was lovely and moist.
chickencam
My SIL did it last year, but I don't think she is this year, we just cook it upside down for the first hour or so.
patsylabrador
Made a mistake and put it in a clear plastic box. It looks like a Damian Hirst exhibit. "Ooops, word censored!"ody quite fancies it any more!
