Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Says on the box "we love music and the environment too". The packaging is "eco friendly" .

I'm amazed how much packaging is used on stuff. The amount of plastic ties and weird plastic doodahs I've had to take off things today in an attempt to help Bogwoppit unwrap his presents is incredible. I guess the manufacturers will say it is to protect the item...

In this case, I'd doubt all the packaging was to protect the item. In fact, it's probably the same reasoning as is behind my company's when shipping very small items - package it appropriately for the size of item and you make it very easy to steal or be mislaid, whilst making the package bulkier eases the problem.
