PurpleTree
One of my Black Rocks, Mash, is black with a lovely greeny sheen. Squeak is mostly black with a browny-orangey bit on her front. Bubble is mostly ginger. Here's Mash

PurpleTree
Whereabouts are you? Here are all the official Black Rock breeders http://www.theblackrock.co.uk/Black_Rock_Hen_Agents.html I got mine from the South Wales guy, Chris Much, he was really helpful and happy for me to phone him if I needed any advice, although I haven't needed to yet. beulah59
Oh, brilliant website - thanks! Found this contact http://www.organicpullets.co.uk/_index.html which is ideal. Just don't tell DH just yet ... I've promised I'll wait a while before adding any more to the brood And they're only £9.50 for POL! The temptation is growing stronger ...
