Muppet81
I have possibly been a bit enthusiastic but I have just bought my seed potatoes for this season. Bearing in mind that I live 1000 fet up on a Yorkshire hillside and we still get frosts almost up to June, where would you suggest that I store these? I have a cellar but it is a bit damp, a garden shed and an unheated greenhouse. Any ideas and or tips on storage would be very welcome. Chicken Licken
I have mine in the unheated spare bedroom in top of an old chicken pellet sack. My mum did say they best thing to chit them in is egg boxes so there you go. Mine are first earlies so I guess I will ignore them for 6 weeks or so and then plant them..... what can go wrong??
