chickencam
We had an egg from Bertha our Light Sussex yesterday and I think one from her Eglu mate our last original Pepperpot today. They obviously think that spring is in the air They are both about 3 years old and they are looking really good at the moment. The wild birds are singing and it is 11 degrees here today, tropical

Egluntyne
One or two of mine have started laying again. I've noticed that feed consumption has gone up massively.
chelsea
I've noticed that feed consumption has gone up massively. Yep, noticed that too - they are all eating like I don't feed them.
dancing cloud
So ! Mine are doing all the eating but not the producing. Could you get your ladies to telephone mine too and remind them of their side of the deal?
chickencam
I'll let them know We have had another one from Bertha and also one from Mother too yesterday. We had a 6 egg day yesterday, I wonder when we get our first 7 egg day? They do eat so much more when they are laying. They didn't come back into lay last year until the 3rd week in February.
