Went out to lock up the chickens yesterday tea time as usual and noticed a blue egg in the run i was very happy and it was quite big considering our cream legbar Daisy is very small (and fiesty!) and then she layed again today in the coop so now we have 3 out of 4 laying very happy

I know how it feels, getting any sort of egg is exciting but I was waiting ages for my first blue egg from my clb as i wasn't really sure what it would be like, and one day i opened the coop and there it was, perfect!

i still enjoy finding a blue egg more so than the others even after a month

my rusty's on the small side to but makes up for it in personality. trouble is she's turning into a bit of a brat now she's moved up the pecking order a bit snice she's started laying
