One of my LF light Sussex does not appear to fit her bumperbit. Her beak is rather long and curved and she seems to be getting it trapped... I noticed today that she was having real difficulty opening her beak to feed - not like the others who manage well with their bumperbits.

 

Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know if they sell a 'large' bumperbit?

I had to get some large bumper bits for my Black Rocks, they came from Sue at The Wernlas Collection.

I think the 'u' shaped bit is supposed to go above the beak. The beak shouldn't go through it or she couldn't open it. I think they are all the same size and fit any hen.
