craftyhunnypie
Like your thinking Beckyboo! I was going to suggest a knife! Swiss Army knife? Kitchen sink (those are usually Stainless Steel). Ok I'll shut up now. Emma.x

majorbloodnock
A quick search shows there are several blacksmiths within reasonable range of Oadby, so why not pay a visit. Many of them produce decorative ironwork, so there should be plenty to choose from. Personally, I have always managed to stick to the theme, and for the 6th anniversary I visited our local blacksmith and got a lovely letter opener with a ram's head as the handle. As it happens, I then made the gift properly personal by making a holder out of cherry and pine, but that's just because I'm me and I reckoned (successfully, as it happens) my wife would like it.
