Aldi have 2 foot tall citrus for £12.99. They have lemons,oranges,calamondins and kumquats. They all look really good. I bought a lemon tree with blossom and lots of little lemons.

Mine had Olives too,& standerd Rosemary - wish I had bought a lemon when I was there....might pop down tomorrow

Went to get a lemon tree today & they say that they had all sold out in 2 days!

 

They do have cheapo sowing & potting compost,plus propergator kits in though,so not a totally wasted trip

Since they moved to their new 60ft X 60ft patch of hillside there isn't much there for them apart from tussocky grass which they appear to have largely annihilated.I notice some bluebells have started which they have razored to the ground so I am putting chicken wire cages round those I was thinking of some choisya and mahonia which should provide some shelter and feed my bees-to-be
