A chickychickychick-ENN!!
You may have seen the adverts on TV, which frankly I found confusing, but... if you go here: http://www.cadburymusic.com/ and click on anything, you can download a free album without giving any personal data. They don't want so much as your email address. It's a hook up between Fairtrade and Cadbury for Fairtrade Fortnight and all they want to know is what shopping basket item you are swapping for a Fairtrade version. You don't even have to do it in real life (which is weird, but hey ho). And in return you get this totally bonkers album of the Big Ghana Band playing full-on African versions of Goldfrapp's Ooh La La, Elbow's One Day Like This, Girls Aloud's Sound of the Underground, Dead or Alive's You Spin Me Round, Paolo Nutini's Pencil Full of Lead, a couple of songs by a bloke called Tinny and EMF's Unbelievable. It really is. Unbelievable. LOVING it.

..lay a little egg for me
Just downloaded my copy. Loving Pencil Full of Lead and Unbelievable, not sure about Sound of the Underground and Ooh La La though! Brilliant idea. Edit: actually I am coming around to the last two after all , I even like the Zingalo tracks even though I'm not a fan of rap music...
