Thats perfect for the trays, but not for the doors. I have tried Mr Muscle oven cleaner and CIF oven cleaner

 

Edited to add, my cleaner has also tried and failed with the CIF

I do cook constantly, 2 ovens are fine, its the one I use for roasting meat, veggies etc that is a mess due to splattering. The ones I use for pastry, cakes, bread etc are fine

well I have used one of those razor blades in a handle (glass s"Ooops, word censored!"er type thing) that shifts anything!
