Our Gingernut Ranger Doris of four years passed away on Thursday, we didnt want our Pepperpot Nellie to be lonely so we thought we best get her some friends. We bought a bluebell who we have named poppy and a white sussex who we have named Betty. We bought them from garden poultry and lisa there was really helpful and told us how to introduce them to each other, will let everyone know how we get on. I will miss Doris so much she was really cheeky, the four years we had her she has given us some lovely eggs and great entertainment. But she was suffering and it was cruel to keep her alive so we had her put to sleep.
