Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 16

Recommended Posts

Hah Laura, at least your boy is at uni. Mine kept dropping out before he even got that far. I suppose I must be grateful that he has a job - 2 weeks and he hasn't given up yet. There goes my bet - I thought he'd last for a week. I'll give him another 2 before he gets bored. Lucky him good job Murray isn't bored otherwise we'd all be living in a shed.

7 postings to go. :D

Just thinking - you haven't strained a tummy muscle have you Cooks (who now has reached France and is on the return swim)?

if I am super chicken does that mean I get to wear a cape with my knickers on the outside??

:shock::shock::shock:

Had my Radox original earlier on - still have wet hair though - I think I took about half an hour for a jolly good scrub and hairwash.

I wouldn't mind a shed if the weather was nice anywhere. :D

Earlier on I heard something like chains or metal clinking behind me. No it wasn't Marley's ghost, it sounded like it was in the garage. So I made Murray go and have a look. Come here and look what I've found. So out I go (thought it might have been a cat that got locked in there). He says I haven't found what made the sound but I've found another string of onions. :roll:

The last time he went hunting for noises in the garage (some years ago now - it's usually me that goes around with a carving knife), he yelled come quick, I've caught a mouse. It was a cockchafer beetle (or June/May bug). The antennae looked like mouse ears. Blinking small mouse I said and howled with laughter. He was quite put out. A bit like the anaconda in the compost bin - neighbour's lost snake and only about 10 inches long and really cute.
