Puffin
Has anyone been recently - is it worth the trip - with my 7,5 and 3yr olds? Thanks
Snowy
I've not been for a few years, but it is definitely worth it! The kids adore it Must take my two before Kraft have their wicked way with it
Redwing
I've not been bt have gone to the Bristol factory for a visit and can say that seeing the workings of a chocolate factory was very interesting and it was lots of fun
Yorkshire Pudding
We went on a friend's hen party a couple of years ago (the boys climed Hellvellyn, the girls and kids went to Cadbury World)... it was fab. Watch for the constant handouts of chocolate bars as you go around though - my two lads eventually got all choccied out!
Guest
Hi Dont worry about the kids what about adults...fab my heaven, hope the chocolate doesnt ever change as its my favourite, just eaten a nice twirl bar.Yum! We prebooked it was school holidays and it was very busy so I would take some snacks and drinks, we ended up waiting quite some time(ie one half hours) & there was a big queue. there is a little play area and a couple of little shops selling guess We got a goody bag, and it is interesting once you go through the tour seeing the workings of a chocolate factory, lots of history to the area as well ie the amount of employment that is provided locally and about the cadbury familys support to the locals etc. Its not all day probably 2-3 hours max. But I am glad we went, nice goody bag. good luck indie
theherd123
Its a great day out and in the shop at the end of the tour all the chocolate can be bought quite cheaply and you get a ticket to go to the factory shop around the corner - GO to that!!! You can bulk buy as much at you like! I went with my cousin and we spent about 40 pounds and could hardly carry all the goodies back to the car!
