Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Pigeon laid an enormous egg yesterday and when I cracked it open I expected a double yolker but instead there was another egg + normal white and yolk. The second egg was covered in strong membrane but no shell. Interesting eh? Still a double yolker I suppose.

Yes the outer one was in one piece but the white was runny.
