patsylabrador
Number 1 - I did twelve proper press ups, not many to you blokes but I couldn't do any a few months ago. Number 2 - There was a woodpecker on the bird table.

The Dogmother
Good for you, build up your repetitions of press ups slowly and aim to do two sets of 12 in say a week's time.
docsquid
Well done you! It isn't easy and it is a great achievement.
Looney
Well done you! I'm jealous as I can't do proper press ups. I always said my arm / wrist didn't want to bend and no-one believed me but I've finally found out that I have deformed bone structure in my hand which makes bending my wrist in certain ways difficult......what a fab excuse and I'm sticking to it! You can do my press ups for me I like seeing woodpeckers. Do they usually eat stuff from birdtables?
Seagazer
Well done you on the press ups. I felt proud to do some sit ups the other day, I can't do press ups to save my life. I once had a woodpecker in the garden, beautiful bird. There is one in our local park, we always hear it but its very elusive. I actually saw it a couple of weeks ago and took a very grainy mobile photo to show my OH.
