Alis girls Posted June 30, 2010 Share Posted June 30, 2010 Stupid food question - friend got me a bag of Marriages mash for hens. Do I mix it with anything? I am used to the Omlet feed (came with hens) which looks like coffee granules but lighter. The mash looks very boring and unappetising - have said that they have the 2 mixed and are troughing away. I don't mix it with anything but I do have two grubs, one with layers mash (the powder) and one with layers pellets. I throw down some mixed corn when I get home from work for them to scratch around for! Ours are contrary things... 1. They love it runny (in fact complain if it is too dry) 2. They love it a few days old....
