julusc
Hi My 6 weeks old ancona has foamy blood in her poo, could this be cocci? It seems fine otherwise, any ideas?
Redwing
yes it will be cocci, get hold of some medicated chick crumb or Coxoid asap Hours not days count here
bevmatt
Would definately agree with above... don't give both though thinking you are doing a favour apparently one counter effects the other.
craftyhunnypie
I know a lot of people here don't agree with medicated chick crumb. I personally have always used it - touch wood no cocci. Act quick - as Redwing says! Good luck! Emma.x
Jools
Same here and mine stay on medicated growers to 16wks too. This year I'm having to take extra precautions as it's been so wet and the floor of my chick/grower pen keeps getting wet. I'm changing the litter every couple of days and using masses of Stalosan, but it seems to be working ...... so far!
