Heidi-Hi
It's tiddling in down out there! Got up this morning, thinking great, sun is shining. By 12 it was raining OH is building the roof to the WIR tomorrow. He will be well chuffed - NOT! Forecast is more rain till at least Wednesday. Went out this morning and got some Stalosan F and a bag of chips (wood!!, not potato, I'm on a diet - again) and put that down in the bit that gets the wettest. It stank and was very muddy. Glad I did, it made such a difference!

Heidi-Hi
Shame it wasn't a duck pond you were building - it would be nice and full by now!
chicken bark
Why is it that is always rains when you need to do something - or do something in a hurry? I had to get my hens and chicks fed and watered this morning and also look after my neighbours hens before heading off out early. I was in my pyjamas with a rain coat and wellies on (nice image I'm sure) and by the time I'd been out in the rain storm the rain had come through my coat so I didn't need a shower. Here's hoping tomorrow morning will be drier. (and warmer!!!).
Peaches
Same here - just got home from work and they're all covered in muddy splotches - not a good look. Still, a scattering of grapes and they perked up no end....
