Anybody used one or know how it works etc? I got one today, seems to be working fine, but the red light is flashing, and the Italian to English translation isn't so good

I had a Corti 25 and the light flashes as it gets up to temperature. When it's at the right temperature it goes out. I remember the instructions being vague Feel free to ask any questions.

The mercury looks like its at the right temp, but still currently flashing, not a quick flash though. mercury isn't the most accurate I find ...

There is no way to see humidity either, but assume, because its fan assisted, that it stays constant?

have you thought about asking the person you bought it off? your last post to them was that the inccy was fine so if they dont know that you have a query they cant help you and they would be the most logical person to ask

You'll have to put a humidity gauge inside it because it doesn't come with one built in.

i bought a Corti 54 and trusted everything the (rubbish) instructions said...and i managed to part bake the eggs inside! after 4and a half weeks of incubating i came out with 15half developed chicks and i was mortified! So i bought a seperate temp and humidity gauge and trusted that instead of the in-built one. Realised that i had the temp humidity WAY too high!

 

You only need to fill one of the water troughs until day 18 when you should stop the rotator. then fill the other one half way and commense lockdown until chicks hatch (around day 21).
