MummyHen
After JellyKellys trip to get some new hens, I felt inspired and used my powers of persuasion on OH and we are off to get some new girls. I’d like 2 maybe 3 … more later… >>>> Edit: OH has just said 3 Edited August 19, 2010 by Guest

MummyHen
Phew that was a long way 291mile round trip, not helped by accident at Dartford river crossing adding 1hour to the journey back. What a super place Power Poultry is and The Powers are a lovely family. I came away with two lemon cuckoo orpingtons (~12weeks and ~14) and a gold laced (~12weeks) orpington and OH said yes to another cube. Mollie333
Did you get attacked by the geese ? Just to remind myself if you get attacked by geese, never to go to Power Poultry.
MummyHen
The geese were in one of the pens - so no one was attacked. I will go to cockerdoodlequack when I'm down in Canterbury, its not that much further on, in a few weeks - not to buy (I promised OH no more). Just been out to see if they found their way into the eglu - they needed a helping had. They look so so small compared to the other two Orpingtons who are now 23weeks Edited August 19, 2010 by Guest
