MummyHen
Margaret Why what for hubby to come home? Start putting it together yourself . Don't forget the photos??! they are mandatory after all Edit>>> Oh no - what a shame. I'm sure Omlet will put it all right in the end
dancing cloud
Sometimes the end of the poo-tray clip has become squashed against the tray and just needs to be pulled down a bit to work properly - one of mine was like that and has been fine since. Might be worth a try? Always disappointing when the new toy isn't totally perfect and well done you for standing your ground and getting it sorted . The cubes are far from cheap, so we all want them to be exactly what we paid for, and they're not hugely easy to put together on your own (I know, I did mine) but they are very well worth it in the end. Just make sure you've a large glass of something lovely waiting for you as a reward !
Mercedes55
Well started to put it together, has taken hours to do so little, still no OH And now realised I cant get it out of the house..."oops, word censored" Sorry. Bit of damage to the roof..spoken to Laure and are going to dispatch another, will arrive on Saturday. They asked for photos as evidence!!!!!! I said repalce or take the whole thing back, evidence indeed, only one box had been opened, and remember problems people have had in the past but well done Omlet. stand your ground and hopefully it will all be ok, also, one of the poo trays wont clip into place, shame really as Cube is sooooooo expensive but as I said Omlet are doing all they can to rectify the teething porblems. Now to dismantle all my hard work and start again in the garden. Sorry you've been having problems with it Margaret. When we got ours we assembled it in the living room and then had to get it out through the conservatory into the garden. It was not an easy job, if we didn't have all french doors we would have been stuck. The roof on mine isn't right either, now I know I should take a pic and let Omlet know because if we ever sell it on in the future it could affect the resale value of it. However my OH says just to leave it as the Cube is in the WIR so rain can't get into it. However I feel that as they are so expensive they should be perfect. Hope you get yours sorted out soon
