craftyhunnypie
I am embarrassed to say that this time ..I am not a domestic goddess! I'm wanting to make chocolate butterfly cakes & I don't know what quantity of cocoa I need to add. I normally do a 175g sponge mix with 3 eggs. Do I substitute an ounce of S.R flour for cocoa? I can't remember. I bought some edible glitter dust the other day & want to try it out, I've also got some very nice fairy cake cases. I have to spoil my OH. Egluntyne
I usually just replace a quarter of the flour with cocoa powder.
Olly
Depends how chocolately you want it! I agree with Egluntyne, about 1/4 replacement.
