I'm totally confused with the Alfie/Kat thing. Alfie took the money off Kat then doubled it on a bet,

Then he supposedly bought the Vic but lied and only rents it from Phil ..ok so i think thats right so far

 

so where is the money and why does Alfie have no money to pay Phil?
